I Meditate therefore I Am

Breathe in slowly
My first step towards the house of my soul
Breathe out easily
My rambunctious mind knows where I am headed

Breathe in deeply
I'm starting to feel the warmth of the fire
Breathe out completely
I allow myself to softly observe what I'm thinking

Relax my shoulders
I'm beginning to forget that any boundaries exist
Loosen my jaw
I open my being and embrace who I am

Effort decreasing
I am now in the flow where I never get lost
Rewards increasing
I open the present of what I can be

Breathe in evenly
I swim in the rivers of thoughts non-existent
Breathe out gently
The hearth of my home now warms my whole being

Speak from my heart
I sit in a meadow and converse with my Creator
Patient and kind
I remind myself where my center exists

Leaving this prayer
My meditative love is now coming to a close
Arriving at life
Filled with the loving and real power of truth

Breathe in slowly
I'm thankful to chat with the Source of all good
Breathe out easily
I walk on my path listening for response through intuition

poets and prophets
teachers and trainers
the learned and the unlearned
moving through doors
past - present - future
gliding as hawks do
from one world
unto the next

I am one with time
which is one with my rhyme
destined to become the past
upon which this instant of space is cast
fooling the unaware that it exists
and the same for all who resist
my reality is what I choose
I could be there or there or nowhere
if I close my eyes I will see infinity
looking back at me
in a place I call the universe womb
for it's the place I came and go and return

I Can Feel HER

If I sit very quietly
Open all the antennae
I can 'feel' Her

She caresses me between the atoms
She touches everything...
Through Her so do I

This softly glowingly vibrating Womb
Calls me to let go of all becomming
doing needing wanting striving getting
To cherish only Being and Not even That

Surrender to This Embrace
Is my beginning and Ending

Universe Verse

When I and what I oppose are one
It negates me and the absolute value results to none
What I know is nothing more than what I was able to see
The instance I was able to be
And the message I was able set free
I am not here to settle in my comfort zone
I am here to break apart the extreme opposites and middle road ozone
Follow destiny or make your own
Universe’s children are trying to figure out which way to throw their stone
Absolute no resistance is the only unknown
Natural evolution and the grips people take
Everybody trying and or believing that they or someone else needs to make a stake
Either you are or aren’t or something in between
Right now everything is good but before I could’ve just screamed
Breaking free from what I was or wasn’t meant to be
Not quite yearning to be free
But one two three steps turned to more
What happened next is still in store
